Biography

Justyn is a Malaysian straits-born Chinese (Peranakan), and raised in New Zealand. Having lived in Malaysia, China, Thailand, New Zealand and Dubai, whilst visiting a variety of countries across the globe, travelling is a big passion of his. The experiences and exposure to different cultures and traditions have enhanced his understanding and perspectives of different cultures and worldviews. He recently completed his Bachelor’s of Science Degree, majoring in Geography and is currently working towards a Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Geography. His dissertation focusses on the operations within the aviation industry, particularly observing their responses to hazard events. He is looking to work towards a Masters Degree and a PhD within the field. Justyn is also interested in popular culture and enjoys implementing them into his work. He is fluent in English and has intermediate skills in Bahasa Malaysia.
