Jake Rom C. Cadag
Biography
Jake Rom D. Cadag is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Geography of the University of the Philippines Diliman, Philippines. His professional specialties include Disaster Risk Reduction including Climate Change Adaptation (DRR including CCA). He is skilled in community work and conduct of participatory methods and tools involving different stakeholders and community members particularly marginalised sectors (i.e. women, older people, ethnic minorities, etc.). He is experienced in research writing and conduct of qualitative and quantitative methods. He has published peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters in reputable journals and academic publishers, and several other forms of dissemination (i.e. reports for clients, technical reports, popular press, etc.) in the areas of DRR including CCA, and development studies.
