Biography

Ben is originally from rural Waikato before moving to Auckland to study at the University of Auckland. He is currently working towards completing his Bachelor of Advanced Science (Honours) Degree in Environmental Change, conjointly with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Business Analytics and Information Systems. For his dissertation he has chosen to focus on how board games can be used as a tool to assist with learning about disaster risk reduction. This combines his academic interests with his extracurricular interests in games of all kinds.
