Alisha Salsabila Indrawan

Biography

Alisha Salsabila Indrawan is currently pursuing a Master of Disaster Management at the University of Auckland, New Zealand (2024–2025). Her thesis focuses on the inclusion of people with disabilities in disaster risk reduction and climate change adaptation policies.

Alisha holds a Bachelor of Public Health from Universitas Hasanuddin, Indonesia (2019). Following her undergraduate studies, Alisha gained extensive experience in humanitarian and conflict contexts. She has been working with various international NGOs across various regions of Indonesia, including Central Sulawesi, Tanah Papua, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), and Maluku. 

Her research interests include inclusive disaster risk reduction, the incorporation of Indigenous knowledge into disaster management strategies, and the development of community-driven initiatives.
